On August 17, “Azure and Mysterious Imprints on the Ocean II” opening ceremony was held at Mongolian National Modern Art Gallery. Dr. Yu Hsi organized this calligraphy exhibition. Displaying the original writing of LOU FEI-HSIN, a noted calligrapher in Taiwan. Dr. Yu Hsi hoped to improve the interflow between Taiwan and Mongolia through artistic displays and poetries.

Intellects and poets from all over the world gathered for the event. On the opening ceremony, Mr. HWANG JUNG-CHIOU, former president of the board and former vice minister of Ministry of Economic Affairs, had a speech at the exhibition venue.

Dr. Huang, Kuo-jung, representative of Republic of China to Mongolia gave a speech on the opening ceremony.
